Bhaktivedanta College is located in the beautiful Ardennes, a scenic mountainous region in Belgium. The capital city, Brussels, is a major transportation hub less than two hours away, and ISKCON has a center there. Our college is an hour away from the medieval city of Leuven (Louvain), home to the world’s oldest Catholic university, and two hours from Bruges, world famous for its perfectly preserved medieval architecture. The closest town is historic Durbuy. The college campus is adjacent to the historic and picturesque Chateau de Petite Somme, home to a thriving ISKCON community visited by thousands of tourists.
The Radhadesh community is situated around the Chateau de Petite Somme, a picturesque castle in the Ourthe valley, in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes, which is a popular area for nature-lovers and adventure sport enthusiasts. The original property dates from at least the 11th century and the current neo-Gothic castle was built in the 19th century. Radhadesh was purchased by ISKCON in 1982, and was largely derelict.

It’s a good idea to take a look around the campus before making a final decision about enrolling here. We invite prospective students to schedule a visit to discuss the academic programs in the College, meet with our faculty, tour our facilities, and see what the Radhadesh experience is like firsthand.
