New College Patron - 2008-10-23
 On October 11th, the Administrative Council of Bhaktivedanta College
invited Mahaprabhu Dasa and his wife and daughter to lunch at Govinda's restaurant
in Radhadesh. Mahaprabhu has been a generous donor to the college
since its inception. He sponsored many of the books in the library, and he annually donates
a full scholarship to a student.
At
the celebratory meal, two college administrators, Yadunandana Dasa and
Jaya Krishna Dasa, expressed heartfelt thanks to Mahaprabhu for recently donating 108,000 euros to the building fund and for his remarkable, ongoing support since the
beginning. With this donation, Mahaprabhu became Bhaktivedanta College’s
third patron member. He is already a College Trustee
who represents the local community. The college gave him as a gift the oil painting of Sri Sri Radha-Krsna, seen at the left.
