The academic year runs from September through June. (The Bhakti-Sastri Program, organized by the College and ISKCON Radhadesh, runs separately, from March through June.) Generally, the Bhaktivedanta College courses last one or two weeks. Some weeks are also set aside for writing essays. There are three terms, separated by a three-week vacation at Christmas and a two-week vacation at Easter. The courses include:
