Course Summary

This YTTC 200h is taught by the three experienced teachers: Janne Kontala, as the main trainer, Emma Slow, and Jan Simak. They will offer students decades of vigorous practice, immersion in yoga philosophy, teaching experience, academic training, meditation, and personal development. Because we believe that yoga is much more than purely postural exercise, we fortified our 200h TTC with the 6-week online Introduction to Yoga philosophy course. Studying the Yoga Sutra and the Bhagavad Gita brings students in touch with sacred knowledge of the sages and unlocks deeper inner wisdom.
